Refund Policy

Due to the nature of services performed, all services are non-refundable once completed.

 

Pool service involves time, labor, travel, and chemical application that cannot be reversed or returned after the visit has occurred. For this reason, payments made for completed cleanings, chemical treatments, or service visits will not be refunded.

 

If you believe a service was not performed as agreed, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service date. We will review the concern and, if applicable, return to address the issue at no additional charge.

 

Prepaid services may be canceled prior to the scheduled visit for service credit only. Credits may be applied to future services and do not expire.

 

By scheduling service, the client agrees to these terms.
